Is the word poor and the word rich  exact

The word poor is not an exact word to describe the state of a person with little money.
Same is with the word rich.

Every baby is born neither poor nor rich.
Nor even dressed.

The more exact words describing these two states, having little money or having much money are "the poored person" meaning the person who was made poor by force. And "the riched person" who was selectively made rich.
